The securities are marked 'ex-interest' for SEATS trading purposes on the open of business 4 days prior to the Record Date. These dates can be subject to change, and consequently should be confirmed by contacting your broker, the Issuer or the Issuer's registrar.
Status: Unsecured obligations of the Issuer and rank after secured obligations and those preferred by law. The notes rank ahead of claims of shareholders.
Event of Default: Where an event of Default has occurred (includes non-payment of interest and/or principal, breach of covenant, etc) the trustee is entitled to commence proceedings for the winding up of the company or take such other action relating to enforcement of payment of monies owing to noteholders.

No other remedy will be available to the Trustee or any Noteholder to recover monies owing.
Key Finacial Covenants: Total secured liabilities not to exceed 60% of total tangible assets.

Total external liabilities not to exceed 85% of total tangible assets.
Trustee: Guardian Trust Australia Limited.
